Lust Epidemic is a completed adult mystery adventure from NLT Media: a student stranded on a rival campus during a hurricane explores its old buildings, solves item puzzles and gets to know the women sheltering with him. It costs $9.99 on Steam and itch.io (regular price, September 2026), a free version is available on itch.io, and the Steam build includes the adult content with no patch.

In short
It is a 2D adventure game with a mystery plot, a relationship layer and explicit adult scenes, made and published by NLT Media. It launched on Steam on January 9, 2020, and it is finished. The same studio later made Treasure of Nadia, and you can see the family resemblance straight away: top-down exploration, item-based problem solving and a cast whose routes open up as you progress.
The short answer for buyers: this is the smaller, earlier NLT game. It has less content than its successor and a tighter setting, which some players prefer and others find limiting. At $9.99 it is one of the cheaper complete adult adventures on Steam.
Community opinion is positive. The Steam summary reads "Very Positive" across 1,588 user reviews as of September 2026.
Not to be confused with: Steam also sells a different game called "Lust Epidemic 18+" by BanzaiProject, a 2024 fantasy visual novel with no connection to NLT Media. This review covers the NLT game only.
You move around the campus from a top-down view, room by room and floor by floor. There is no combat system. Progress comes from finding items and clues, working out where they are needed and triggering the next story event.

The rhythm is steady and errand-driven: talk to someone, learn what they need, search the campus, bring it back. It is a relaxed loop that suits short sessions.
The weak spot is the same one NLT's later games have. A common complaint in player reviews is backtracking and hunting for one small item across several floors. If you get stuck, the floor maps help, but expect some wandering.

Brad, a student from East State University, is visiting rival Saint Dame University when a hurricane unexpectedly changes course and hits the town. He ends up stranded on the old campus with a group of women. While the storm keeps everyone inside, he starts uncovering the mysteries and secrets hidden in the grounds.
The setting does a lot of work. An eerie, half-empty campus gives the exploration a reason to exist, and the mystery has a light horror tint that sets the game apart from sunnier NLT titles. It is not a deep or twisty plot, but it holds the character routes together well enough.

All adult content involves adult characters. Steam's content descriptors also mention some minor drug use and some violence alongside the sexual content, which matches the darker tone of the setting.
Exploration uses simple 2D top-down maps, readable and a little dark to match the storm. Dialogue is presented with large 3D-rendered character portraits over the map, and the adult scenes are 3D-rendered as well. That split, plain maps and detailed character art, is where NLT spent its budget.

It looks a step behind Treasure of Nadia, which is expected for an earlier release. The character art holds up better than the environments.
There are two official stores, and they differ in platforms. This matters if you want Linux or Android, which only the Lust Epidemic itch.io page offers.
| Store | Platforms | Price (Sept. 2026) | Adult content |
|---|---|---|---|
| Steam | Windows, Mac | $9.99 | Included, no patch |
| itch.io (NLT) | Windows, macOS, Linux, Android | $9.99 | Included |
| itch.io free version | Windows, macOS, Linux, Android | Free | Free trial version |
The full game with its adult content. There is no patch, DLC or separate download to find. Steam's content descriptors for the app describe explicit sexual content, which confirms the scenes are in the Steam build itself. That makes it one of the easy cases on our list of adult games sold on Steam.
Not the full game. It is a paid purchase at $9.99 on Steam and itch.io (regular price, September 2026). NLT Media does offer a free version on itch.io, linked from nlt-media.com, and it is the easiest way to see whether the item-hunting loop suits you. It is also the free route for Linux and Android players who want to test first.
A site offering the complete paid game for free outside those channels is not an official source. We do not link to them.
Download the Lust Epidemic game only from the developer's own channels:
The game does not need an account to play, and the itch.io page states that no generative AI was used. Avoid re-uploads and APK mirrors: we cannot say what is in those files. Our explainer on whether adult games on Steam are safe covers what the official stores check.
The game is complete. Neither the Steam listing nor NLT's pages state a current version number we could confirm, so we are not quoting one. NLT's recent Steam announcements for this game are about sales, events and the studio's next project, Symphony of the Serpent, which has a demo on Steam. Do not expect new content for Lust Epidemic itself.
Yes. The Steam build includes the adult content as sold. Steam's content descriptors describe explicit sexual content, and no patch or DLC is needed.
Yes. Both Steam and itch.io list macOS, and the Steam minimum is Mac OS X 10.10.
Yes, through NLT's itch.io page, which lists Windows, macOS, Linux and Android. The Steam version is Windows and Mac only.
NLT Media offers a free version on itch.io and links it from nlt-media.com. It is the official way to try the game before paying.
Same studio, same basic formula. Lust Epidemic is older, smaller and cheaper, with a darker campus setting. Treasure of Nadia is bigger, adds temple puzzles and house decorating, and costs more.
At $9.99 (regular price, September 2026) it is good value if you enjoy exploration and item puzzles, and the free version lets you check first. If you want long branching dialogue or you dislike backtracking, it will feel thin.
This is the compact, affordable start of the NLT formula: a storm, a creepy campus, a handful of characters and a steady trail of item puzzles. It is complete, cheap, uncensored on Steam and easy to try for free, and its main flaw is the backtracking that all of NLT's games share. Start here if you want a short taste of the studio's style, then move on to the bigger island adventure or browse NLT Media's other games.
